Lee Goldstein (ADV '98) is President and Owner of DiGo, a New York-based brand and business-building agency focused on finding the idea that changes everything.
For nearly three decades, Lee has helped ambitious organizations grow by aligning strategy, creativity, and performance. Alongside founder Mark DiMassimo, he helped build DiGo from a startup into a nationally recognized agency working across healthcare, education, finance, B2B, and consumer categories.
A University of Florida advertising graduate, Lee studied advertising and psychology before beginning his career as a writer at OgilvyOne. He joined DiGo in 1998 and, at age 24, became one of the youngest partners of a major advertising agency in the country.
Lee is frequently quoted in national business media including CNBC, The Wall Street Journal, and MarketWatch. He remains actively engaged with the University of Florida, regularly hosting UF students at DiGo's New York office and connecting with students about careers, ideas, and what it really takes to build brands that last.
Lee lives in Westchester, New York with his wife Julie and two sons, Jordan and Blake.
